    ya it seems too harsh for player like Dravid but sometimes you have to take harsh decisions in the interest of the team. selectors might have discussed with him (not openly but secretly) before taking this decision. or probably he was penalised for leaving the captainship at the wrong time, indirectly putting pressure on the selectors, which they will never tolerate. anyhow only time will tell the difference.
