					<description>Quite honestly, as far as I am concerned, he did a big job by getting rid of Ganguly as a Captain and then as a player. Ganguly needed that. He was carrying despite poor batting form. Chappel also encouraged a lot of young players (Raina, Pathan e.g.) and India did have a good run in ODIs for some time under him. It also won some key Test Series abroad.</description>

					<description>I think unintentionally Chappell came across as a person too difficult in terms of a mindset or thinking that just didn't gel with our players. I don't think this being some sabotage though. He's just too 'different' for us and yes a bit stupid too (in a very strange &amp;#38; scary way).</description>
